Once work has commenced, payments for completed work or services already delivered are generally non-refundable, subject to any specific refund terms agreed in writing and applicable law.
Either the client or I may request termination of an ongoing SEO engagement by providing reasonable written notice, subject to any specific cancellation terms agreed for that engagement.
If a project is terminated:
I may suspend or terminate services if the client fails to make required payments, provides misleading information, requests unlawful activity, or otherwise materially breaches these Terms.

I will not knowingly assist with unlawful activities, malicious activities, spam, hacking, or practices intended to harm another website.
SEO strategies may change over time as search engines update their guidelines, algorithms, and systems.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client retains ownership of original materials supplied by the client.
Upon full payment, the client may use the final deliverables specifically created for the client as part of the agreed service.
My pre-existing knowledge, processes, methodologies, templates, tools, systems, and general SEO know-how remain my property.
Third-party materials, software, platforms, fonts, images, plugins, or other resources remain subject to their respective owners' terms and licenses.
I will make reasonable efforts to keep confidential business, website, marketing, technical, and other non-public information provided by clients.
